  • What is the delivery time after receipt of the order by us.

All our jewelry is handmade and made to order. Once you have received our order confirmation email the delivery time is 2 to 3 working weeks.

  • Order cancellation: no total or partial cancellation can be accepted except in the cases provided for in the T&Cs
  • Can I return my purchases within 30 days?

You can return the jewelery ordered within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order (postmark or transport company stamp in the event of a dispute) and the refund will be made within 5 days from count from the date of return to proceed with the inspection of returned products

The jewel must be returned to us without having been worn before, so without trace, scratch, knock or deformation. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted and reimbursement cannot be made. In the event of the presence of traces, scratches, blows and/or deformation, the return cannot be accepted.

  • How is the after-sales service going?

Our jewelry is guaranteed for life (find out more). We ensure the perfect quality of our jewelry. However, if you have a problem with a Thibault jewel, we invite you to contact us using the specific form, explaining the reason for your after-sales service request. Our response within 48 hours will include a dispatch note that you will only have to stick on the package containing your jewel to be repaired.

  • How are Thibault jewelry made?

Each jewel you order will be made by Thibault and his team in the purest "French" jewelery tradition. Find out more

  • Who is the jeweler Thibault?

Thibault Jacquin is a jeweler who cut his teeth working for the biggest houses on the famous Place Vendôme in Paris. He has been an artisan jeweler since 2004, combining traditional know-how with new technologies such as computer modeling and 3D printing. With his experience, he is keen to bring you the best quality at the right price.

For Thibault and his entire team, each piece of jewelry made is a piece of jewelry in its own right and rigor and experience will allow us to deliver a perfect piece of jewelry.

  • If my finger size is wrong, what should I do?

Rings can be sized for free, but some cannot be sized so cannot be returned to us (specify which models cannot be changed). If you need to be sized, we invite you to complete the after-sales service request (see after-sales service chapter), a dispatch note will be sent to you by email. All you have to do is stick the slip on the package that contains your ring.

  • How do we verify that our jewelry is in 750/1000 gold (formerly known as "18 carat")?

In France, customs regulations require that each piece of 750/1000 gold jewelry weighing 3g or more be hallmarked with the Guarantee hallmark in the shape of an "eagle's head".It's a must!
